Dearest ones,
We take this moment in time to address every one of you who may come upon this place.
Each morning when you first awaken, be very grateful for having another day on this earth!
Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling up your belly as best you can if this is new to you to breathe in this way, and have the intention to receive what is needed for you in that moment.
Let everything that concerns you fall away as you release this breath. Throughout your day, as worries, concerns, challenges come up...remember to stop, take a deep breath and trust that you do "know" what to do if there is something to be done. Sometimes it is enough to allow the energies to work for you, and do "no thing". Conscious breathing every day helps develop trust in oneself. The most important thing to remember is that the answers are inside of you!
